!!Fireworks Reminder!!

  • Consumer fireworks are allowed to be discharged from December 28th through January 1st.
  • Fireworks can only be discharged by persons age 16 or older between the hours of 8 AM through 10 PM on 12/28 - 12/30.
  • Fireworks can only be discharged by persons age 16 or older between the hours of 8 AM on 12/31 through 12:30 AM on 01/01.
  • Children between the ages of 12 and 16 may discharge fireworks only when under the direct supervision and immediate presence of an adult 19 years of age or older

Please note, these are only a few reminders related to fireworks. Please refer to Title IX, Chapter 93 of the Valley Municipal Code for the full ordinances.
