The City of Valley contracts with PeopleService, Inc. to manage the water and wastewater responsibilities for the City. The City handles the billing and minor duties associated with the water system. If you have an issue with your water or wastewater system during normal office hours, (9 AM to 5 PM) Monday through Friday, please contact the utility clerk at (402) 359-2251 Ext. 301, cityoffice@valleyne.org or submit your issue online by clicking the button below.
If you have an emergency that occurs after normal business hours please call 1-888-861-1921.
