Electronic statements and auto-pay are now available!

To sign up, click here or click on the Make a Payment button from the home screen, then Utility/Water Payments

1. Click on Sign Up.
2. Enter your email address and create a password.
3. Click on Add Account to attach your City of Valley account.
   1. Your account number is required to do this. You can find it on your monthly utility bill. If you don’t know it, email us at this address or call City Hall at 402-359-2251 between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
   2. Follow the instructions to set up your information and notifications.
4. Click on Auto Pay to set up auto payments.
   1. Payment types that can be used include electronic checks, credit or debit cards.
